1. Linux, Unix, iOS, and for iPad operating systems are not supported.
2. Plug and Play is not supported; driver installation is required. Please visit the displaylink.com website to download the latest driver.
3. Please confirm whether the type-c port of your laptop supports charging and video output, otherwise the host charging function and HD (Alt. Mode) port of the docking station may not work.
4. Android devices only support mirror mode with resolution up to 1080P.
5. Windows/for Mac OS(12. X or above) devices support rotation and clamshell mode.
6. DP and HD in the same video stream (Display 1/2) cannot be used at the same time.
7. Playback of HDCP copy-protected content from Blu-ray/Netflix/Prime/iTunes/Hulu, and other platforms is not supported.
8. DISPLAY 1/2 ports are suitable for office work, processing spreadsheets, documents, or browsing the web. Not suitable for playing games or other high-intensity tasks.
9. For Mac users, it is necessary to grant DisplayLink Manager permission to record the screen.
